I saw identical ping times and the same IPs over and over so it looked like it was going in a circle and/or getting a "busy" signal or rejection. I'm with the other guy who said looping. |

[i]ping[/i] reported "TTL expired" on all the packets... I've never seen that one before...
my ISP had things fixed five minutes after I called, and I was the first one to report it. Yay telepacific.net! |

The packet exceeded it's expiration timer (generall 255ms I believe), it exceeded the hop count for the routing protocol if it's a DV protocol (probably not though, they should be using OSPF). Kind of makes me curious how it happened though. |
