Two Women Arrested In S&M Raid In Tacony

Police raided an S&M parlor on Torresdale Avenue in Tacony -- and two women have been arrested.
Sergeant Joe Lanciano says the investgation was prompted by complaints:
"Initially, we did not know it was the same operation we investigated two years ago. But once we started our investigation of this location, we realized it was the same people."
And a decoy officer made contact:
"She told me they had three different rooms; the fantasy room, the dungeon and the medical room -- and she asked me which room I wanted. I told her the fantasy room, and then at that point she went on to describe a couple of females she had working."
Later, the decoy officer went in -- and Sergeant Lanciano and vice officers waited anxiously.
Inside, police found racks, whips, chains, a cage, medical equipment and other sex toys.
Licenses and Inspections immediately shut down the building because of multiple electrical, fire and zoning violations.
