Here in boring old Silicorn Valley (Indiana) where nothing bad ever happens, an online rendezvous turned sour yesterday.

After arranging a date with a woman from a chat service, 36-year-old Michael Krulewich was robbed and shot six times by two women, one of whom was his intended "date." He survived and was even able to drive himself to a gas station to call for help. He is currently in critical condition.

The lesson? Be DAMN careful when arranging to meet someone from online or any other dating service. A bad date might be the worst of your worries.

Not getting a goodnight kiss isn't nearly as bad as being SHOT SIX TIMES.
