Seems that these days everybody has to take something completely unrelated and twist it somehow into a racial issue so they can start accusing people. It's like the fucking Salem Witch trials or something.
Count Dooku was the bad guy, and he was white. Should I be offended since I'm white?

By the way, one of those guys in the picture at the top of that article was just on the O'Reilly factor, and he said that this movie "encouraged war as a solution to society's problems." It's a FUCKIN ADVENTURE MOVIE! Get a life.

bah you didn't read my article. he describes the blatent anti-buisness messages in the movie that aren't abstract at all. like the evilness of the "trade federation", or that the evil seperatists were headed by the very sinister lookling leaders of the bank federation, the commerce confederation, etc. there are also the word-for-word takes from history, like the giving of the chancellor the war emergency powers (exactly same as hitler), or the grand army of the republic (verbatim lincoln).

who cares about the historical significance of the timeline in a movie??(excluding stuff that's based on true events)

when i said "excluding stuff that's based on true events", i meant films that are based on true events directly(like a movie that follows the timeline of a war, not some obscure satirical references in a film that has no correlation what-so-ever to reality), you stupid ass

regarding the dumbasses saying jango is making fun of hispanics... I also found him to appear more arabic than hispanic, although I wouldn't have guessed he was either. I probably would have guessed southern european.
