Ugh it’s 4:30am and my nose won’t stop bleeding…..this is pissing me off there is blood all over my pillows and hands. How can my nose start to bleed when I am sleeping?

well, really easily if the humidity is really low. I can have problems in the winter getting spontaneous nosebleeds if the humidity is too low.

pinch your nose at the bridge (the bit just where the bone starts i.e the middle of your nose)
dont tip your head back or forward or you might start breathing in your own life juice.
get a tissue as well cos chances are seeing as its summer you've got a massive chunk of snot causeing pressure on one of your bloodvessels.
keep it pinched and it will stop
