We eat and eat and eat away at this planet and give jack shit back to it

We have blown it up and tainted its rivers with our filth.

We have sterilized it with nuclear blasts and stained its earth with the blood of countless futile and pathetic wars.

Because of this, it is flushing us out like a bout of influenza.

The earth is bearing down on us with earthquakes, tornados and rising waters.

Let us only hope that our sting is nulled before it is too late.
