Why doesn't the page refresh when I refresh the page!!!

This is beginning to piss me off!!!

I've tried ctrl-refresh and shft-refresh and a lot of other variations on the theme, but it seems to refresh pages at random.

I was posting in a forum on a different site, and it refreshed straight away. Here, it doesn't!!!

wtf is going on?

I agree totally. If you use IE, you're stuck with M$ weirdness (Microsoft sucks at TCP/IP); if you use Nutscrape, you'll most likely get the occasional crash (unless you're like me and use the oldest stable version ); if you use Lynx, it will never crash on you, but you won't see the GroovyGraphics(tm); if you use HotJava/NCSA Mosaic/Opera/Konqueror/etc. not all pages render properly, because people code browser-specific HTML. How can you win? The answer: "wget" and "less"
