I feel your pain. Let me ease it by regailing you with an amusing anecdote from my school. An english teacher at my former high school (I just graduated) based her 10th grade english curriculum around Ernest Hemmingway's "The Old Man and the Sea." She taught symbloism, saying the man was christ, the clouds were the evil nature of man, the fish was faith and other such bullshit. My friend was surfing the net, and found a quote by none other than Ernest Hemmingway. "There is no symbolism in the Old Man and the Sea. The sea is the sea, the fish is the fish, the sky is the sky. Symbolism is shit." He printed it out and posted it in class. Needless to say, the teacher, who was an avid redneck, went on a rampage because her entire curriculum was literally a lie. Ah, the sweet taste of the public humiliation of your enemies...

My electronics teacher...hahahah She (yes she) was funny as hell. The things she'd try to teach. And stupid me, I felt that it was my duty to correct her. I was kicked out of that class more times... For example, she tried to teach us that a co-processor (FPU) somehow sped up the integer math performed by the CPU...hmm not that funny of an example..oh well

Sorr-reeee, sithie. I didn't know you really cared about letting threads die. I just wanted to share an anecdote, not piss off someone.
