i hate those fucking commericals. they show 18 year old strippers with boob implants, super-models, and pr0nstars, dancing in nightclubish like settings to techno music. they advertise that you should join to gain self confidece, but what they are actually saying is that you need to be young with boob implants to be beautiful. fucking marketing crap. grr

True enough, but I will say that a good bit of exercise does make one feel better. Why, just taking my bike over to someone's house can get me charged up. Quite a rush.

Take a nap
Watch pr0n
Relax and mellow out in thoughts
Do yoga
Go to a fitness club (haha sorry im just messing around)

As for balley fitness.. eh.. i dunno.. ive seen some of their commercials and it was just groups doing all these .. fitness stuff.. lotsa women sure but it didnt seem all that evident? but hey im sure balley fitness aint the worst of them.

I finally quit smoking (yippy) and starting running again (gotta get back to that three miles a day shit that I was at last summer) Its hard though when you wake up at 6:30 every day and go to bed at 11:30 every night and when you come home you are mentally and physically exhusted! I need someone to give me an energy pill!
