Understandable .. but we must realize that these people give of their spare time... and things and sometimes I know i get burn't out on coding sometimes. I would make it but I dont know php or sql ... its like japanese to me... but anyways .. my designs suck to what has totally been show off here. Just wish something could happen, but I understand burn out and code block..

I've put out the offer to help with a few things...I know PHP and SQL and can contribute some technical content kinds of things.
I really don't think it should take much. The opening page could have the big deal announcements/really funny stuff ala the old detnet. All submissions could be screened by the admins or mods (depending on who wants to do what) and sifted to different "departments." I'd like to see some technical resources pop up here since some of us are pretty big geeks in certain areas. The departments could be something along similar lines to the forums...the best links could be posted, a technical resource section (how-to's, etc), a humor section, an art section for those who can create photoshop/music/video kinds of things. W/the photoshop we could post the "PS Tennis" matches that occasionally happen.
Here's what I see as the problem...the content ppl are saying "we're waiting for the design" and the design ppl are saying "why should we put all the work into design if there's no content?"
Who wins? It's up to the leadership of the site (read: admins and mods) to get this thing rolling. I'd really like to see something happen, and am willing to help.
