answer #1: it's peer-to-peer. A bit like napster, bithive, eDonkey2000 and morpheus, but with no central server. It allows users to chat, share a whiteboard, and look at each other get naked on a webcam.answer #2: Because it's still small-scale, because they would get laughed out of court, and because it makes users have to be online a long time (which on dialup gets phone companies some money)
answer #3: I had it when I borrowed a friends webcam for a bit, but the novelty wore off after, ohh, 3 hours. However if you are planning on getting a webcam and getting naked I may be willing to reconsider my decision.
