Sorry to say, but Xeons would be tottaly useless gaming wise. See they only run up to 833Mhz (I think) and those cost insanley more compared to a 833Mhz CuMine. Plus for gaming the large cache of the Xeons is pretty useless. So I would suggest getting like dual gig PIII's or better. Now for the rest that's simple Proc's - Dual PIII 1Gig+
Mobo - ABIT VP6 (dual capability of course, and I think it has integrated RAID)
RAM - 512Mb's of 150 or 133 RAM (150 for OCing and 133 for not.) You really can't get too much RAM for Win2k.
Video Card - Geforce 2 Ultra (duh!)
Sound Card - SbLive! (again duh) platinum if you want
HD's - Extreme speed: 9Gb 15K Cheatah's (SCSI)
.......Mid : 75Gb Cheatah's (SCSI)
.......price/per.: multiple IBM Deskstar 75GXP 75Gb (IDE)
And the rest are not such obvious choices. Ethernet card (netgear, intel, or 3com.) Case. DVD. CD burner. Etc. Etc.
This is if you wanna spend good money and go dually if your not then that's a whole different MB and proc setup
