this one is kinda annoying. it seems like every time i reboot my keyboard settings (repeat rate and delay) are resetted. i have to go to the control panel and open keyboard settings, but then just press ok (don't have to change anything the settings are the same) to get my fast keyboard settings back. anyone know how to fix this one?

Is it possible that the BIOS could be resetting them at startup? Next time you boot, go into setup and see if you can find anything.
