um right well just turn it over and unscrew the thingy. take out the ball. clean it. also look at the roller thingies. they might have krep on them.

Aside from cleaning the ball, seriously check the rollers. They should be completely smooth. I know the first time I opened up a mouse, I thought those rings on the rollers were supposed to be there.

Also check your mouse surface.

check the mat from crud on it cos my mouse mat sux and needs me to scratch it off like everyday grr. get a material based one(fuzzy felt type) not the plastic type cos they suck!
