Noticed this a while back, smae goes for Opera.

A valid argument is that this is J's personal site and as such don't have to do something he don't wanna.

I heard KFM/Konqueror is good... never tried it though. Seems that every browser for linux that I have tried (im not talking about the text-based ones) either sucks ram like a 3 dollar whore, has poor java/javascript support, or in some way completely butchers the look of the site.

I'm using Konqueror right now, and except for there being no menue bars, it does everything just right. Come on cr0, I thought you were l33t. Stay away from the crappy MS only shit and write in the W3 specs! I bet you anything you can redo those menu bars to work exactly the way they currently do in IE, but will have support on ALL browers. Time to put the crack hoes down and do a little coding.

I haven't used Konqeror since I moved to GNOME, but it was good when I last checked.

Mozilla is excellent, Galeon is better (stripped down and faster). Opera is also very good.

If you're looking for fully-featured, go for Mozilla. If you're looking for fast, go with Galeon (based on Gecko). If you're looking for something inbetween, go with Opera.

IE can be run under VMWare but as it's tied to the OS it can't be run very well under WINE at all.
