oddly enough, shit worked better when i upgraded win98 to win2k as opposed to current clean install.
Funky things are happening with desktop themes.
I think this is partially because the current install drive is e:....... sigh, gonna have to reinstall to make it c: i think.
in any case, its 1:30 am, and i probably have a good 4-6 hours of work before win2k will be the way i want it, assuming i can get it the way i want it.
