Um go see a urologist. He will be better able to help you. I got kicked in the nutts during a martial arts tournoment a few years ago and had alot of problems for a while. The doctor was able to fix me right up. Unfortunately I still remained fertile.

I get that quivering thing every once in a while. For no reason, it feels like blood is flowing all over down there, with no relationship to arousal. Just sort of like a spasm, but it feels like nothing in particular.
