Tough shit to you cr0 that must really suck. I prefer my schools solution, throw money at the problem. August last year, we had a 30mbit connection, increased to 35 over cristmas break last year, followed by 45 in mid april. Then in October this year they doubled it to 90mbits, and the technology director was authorized to buy additional bandwidth whenever it was needed, and they'd make room for it in the budget. I'm just worried that they'll fill the OC3 line before the WaReZ d00ds are able to run thier ftp servers at 10mbits/sec------------------
