I shall be publicly shot for this but I am setting up a Hosting company in a matter of weeks,

What does everyone here look for in such a comp?
and who is cr0bar with?

I work for a web hosting company. We host I guess about 1000 or so webs including www.travelocity.com

Point is, if you have any questions, I'd be happy to answer them.

I'm not sure if you are just going to do personal and small buisness or if you are going to be doing some large apps and stuff, but the whole thing gets pretty damn complicated.
