Hopefully this will get quite a few post up, but if not.. then at least maybe peopple will read this one..I have a friend who works with me who owns the company Digital Divas which promotes femal internet involvement.
but recently Micromorons desided that it was such a good idea, that they opened. digitaldiva... a single 40 year old l337-wanna-be woman, who says women are afraid of the internet. ...
the problem is, that as my friend attempts to sue micro-bitches for stealing her trademarked name, but microsoft said it wasnt a trade markable name..... hmm....
let me let you in on a little pice of history... "internet explorer" was originally not a microsoft term. they infact stole it from a ISP back in the 80's, and when the ISP tried to sue. Mic said "its not a trademarkable term"... . same with Microjerks Bookshelf.... "bookshelf is not a trademarkable term".
yet in both cases after microsoft won, someone else would attempt to use "bookshelf" along with "explorer" and both were promptly sued for copyright infringement.
anyone got anything better?
