I used to drink Caffeine. Then one day I stopped. I go to sleep a little more often, but i don't get headaches any more

Same here. I reduced my soda intake by about 70 \%, and the number of headaches I have has gone down by about the same percent. Hip.

Caffeine and nicotine
When i was in school i had a 44oz 7-11 coffee mug. I would drink 5-6 of those a day. I got the flu and the doc asked me how much coffee i drank a day. i told him 5-6 cups. he said thats not to bad...till i told him the size of the cups!
You can tell a lot about a man by the size of his cup...
aaall thattt cofffeee andddd i nevvver sssawww annny eeeffectsssss.
now im down to 2 24oz cups a day. I still need my caffeine.

Back in High School 91-93 I used to dip instant coffee, since you couldn't drink coffee during class....

I think it's kinda stupid when people say that they Need Caffeine. It's rediculous, our bodies can get along without it. Nobody needs caffeine, or nicotene, or any other drug, even Advil is a waste, people should just learn to go to sleep
