Go into DOS and get into the windows desktop directory.create a whole bunch of directories with spaces in their names, but use ALT+255 to create the space. Windows can't handle that, and puts in an underscore. (md hiALT+255all -> hi_all)
If she tries to open them, she gets an error, if she tries to drag them to the rubbish, she gets and error.
To delelte them, just go into dos and rd them. (rd hiALT+255all)
No damage done, but really annoying.

You could also put a command in her autoexec.bat, or startup directory that copies the contents of a directory to the desktop. When she boots up, her desktop is covered in crap...
