When i first switched to the beta it seemed very much faster to me, although I havn't seen any new features that have impressed me, there's a couple new small features i've seen, but thought they were pointless.

That said, it hasn't crashed on my system the whole time i've been trying it.

There's a slight issue with this sites menu bar, it doesn't highlight the menu item when the mouses hot spot is over the text in the menu (though it works fine when over the blank area). Probably require a minor modification to the menu bar code cr0.
