I'm guessing it had ot do with the fact that PSU got there asses kicked by Temple .

there was a HUGE riot downtown. all my friends were there, and then the swat team showed up and sprayed mace over the entire crowd! all my friends got maced bad all over. everyone is complaining about the police now its gonna be on t.v. and in all the news papers.
