Rehydration is in fact the key. That, and getting the blood vessels to settle down. That's where caffeine comes in. This morning was my second nasty ass hangover of the week (but luckily the second worst), and I dranks some water, took an Ibuprofin, exercised as normal, showered, and got in a car. Felt fine after that.Monday morning, however, was not so friendly... hell, Monday evening was still pretty bad. I don't have any idea how to cure nasuea... anybody know? I have the headache licked, and that's usually all it is, but what about the tummy?
