Ah, the lucious taste of bile in the morning! What a pleasant reminder of why I don't like to get drunk. I spent all last night spinning...clinging to my sheets, trying to steer...

...then I barfed.

Anyone know of a good hangover cure? Need help. Must render aid.

2 Red Bulls and your headache medicine of choice. Seriously. We normally go out drinking the night before a Rugby game, and then the next morning I drink 2 Red Bulls, pop an Advil and I can't even tell I drank the night before in less than an hour.

Matter of fact I had myself a decent hangover this morning.

DAMN YOU QUARTER BEER NIGHTS. WHY DO YOU TAUNT ME SO!

That is a hangover prevention method. That doesn't work if you come home from the bar... Passout on doorstep.

Rehydration is in fact the key. That, and getting the blood vessels to settle down. That's where caffeine comes in. This morning was my second nasty ass hangover of the week (but luckily the second worst), and I dranks some water, took an Ibuprofin, exercised as normal, showered, and got in a car. Felt fine after that.

Monday morning, however, was not so friendly... hell, Monday evening was still pretty bad. I don't have any idea how to cure nasuea... anybody know? I have the headache licked, and that's usually all it is, but what about the tummy?

Hmmmmmmm…I don’t really know what to do about stomach problems. I have a fairly fast metabolism so I never really have to deal with hangovers (I ‘m always sober and feeling great by morning) maybe try to eat something?

Askheaves, were you serious about the caffeine? Last I head caffeine is a diuretic; you want to stay away from those when you have a hangover.

I’ll let you know how I deal with the hangover I might have tomorrow morning.

Best cure for a hangover is to not wake up with one. Try drinking a lot of GATORADE before you go to bed (I don’t like drinking water because it just flushes right through me; think re-hydration) also, see if you can wake yourself up about two times during the night to take another drink of that Gatorade; it works wonders. That’s all I do and I haven’t woken up with a hangover in quite some time.

Quarter beers??!! And here I thought that nothing good ever came out of Texas Around here there is a club that advertises penny-pitchers; I’m not sure what the catch is, but I’m bound to find out as soon as I turn 21
