Hmmm, well I've lived in quite a few places, and have yet to find a spot I'd rather call home.
Business is great here. I can work for a large company.
No State Taxes.
Property Value is low in relation to the potential income.
I can live in a 3800 sq ft, 4 bedroom 2 story house in a gated community on lake front property on my salary.
The weather isn't so bad. I prefer hot to cold anyday. Cold means snow, or worse yet ice... That just makes travel a drag.
We have nice lakes, state parks, and extremely hot women...
I've lived up north, down south, east coast, west coast, and spent a little time in the middle...
I'm suffice to say that DFW has everything I could ever want.

I'm not a person for ice and snow. But I don't like 100 degree weather either...Oh well, maybe I can get moved eventually. I have no choice in the matter so I make the best of it.
But San Antonio has the worst drivers anywhere!
Cause we're right near mexico and they come up and they don't understand U.S. laws on driving...so....vroom splat.
I miss california drivers...they at least half-assedly signal when they cut you off..
