You should try heroin. Give it a couple of days and you wont even think about cigs.

for some reason, the thought of jesus needing to quit smoking is very funny.

i just quit smoking. i was up to a pack and a half/day for the past 3 years. i have tried quitting several times, never without any success. i found that the only thing that allowed me to quit was to switch first to an unfiltered cigarette, then to rolling my own. i was so bad at it, and the cigarettes were so unbelievably awful that i eventually got really sick off of them. that was about 2 weeks ago. i no longer had any desire to smoke, because i began to associate sickness with smoking. if you really want to quit, you have to actually not want to smoke, not just tell yourself you dont want to. ------------------ "i like to skate on the other side of the ice" -steve wright please feel free to ignore anything i happen to incoherently utter, because, yes, i am a pompus ass.
