I got 127 mph on a laptop with the midget dick mouse.

edit: 863mph on a desktop, let the funk flow.
edit 2: 1337, w00t.

Here's a way to cheat and get a really high score (got me over 4000):

1) Drag the hand to the right side of the flash window.

2) Still holding the left mouse down, right-click. (Reversed for you lefties!)

3) After the menu pops up, click on the far left side of the flash window. Boom! Spank the monkey harder than ever!

edit: or you could crank the motion and acceleration.
