I'm beginning to think there should be some sort of test before they let you have software to creat flash movies. Basic questions like:
"Will you use this in stupid pointless ways?" and the like. Petition your local government representative. Maybe can be added to one of the privacy invasio...er, "terrorist watch" acts being passed.
