Yhey understand that, but it is the Humane Society. The implied action is pretty sick, so they incurage people not to give the website any publicity (so it's not upkeeped and eventually scrapped).

I think it's gonna have the exact OPPOSITE effect. People who read the article are gonna think "Bonsai kittens? what the hell?" and then probably go look for themselves...
