I think the massive tissue damage makes hair impossible to cultivate...
edit: but then again, I have a friend who has a scar on his chin, and instead of no hair growing on the scar, the hair on the scar grows extra fast...so he can shave in the morning, and by lunch he'll have stubble...but only on the scar...I sure hope mr/mrs/ms/it doesn't have that problem...
edit2: actually, I do hope mr/mrs/ms/it has that problem...moron...who does that, anyway?
