You did wash out your eye, didn't you?

Might be an idea, especially if you want to see out of it again.

I washed the shit out of it last night but to no avail. This morning I tried some visine but that just made it worse.

Man a screw driver through the finger sounds pretty bad.

In our automotive class in highschool this dude was trying to get a torque converter off the back of an engine with a screw driver and ended up poking a hole in the oil pan. He got warm engine oil in both his eyes. He was in the ICU for like 3 days.

Retina is the tissue on the back of the eye that has the actual light receptors. The iris is the blue/brown/grey/green part of the eye around the "black spot", it's a muscle which responds to the amount of light by contracting and expanding, protecting your eyes from the harsher light, and opening them up for darker. The "Black spot" is the pupil. Sclera, is the "White of the eye" which protects the outer portions of the eye. There is a transparent protection around the iris and the opening of the pupil called the cornea, which also focuses the light. In addition on the inside of the pupil there is a lens, aptly named the lens of the eye.

I feel your pain l33t. Wash it with a lot of water, dont rub it. if it's stays bad overnight, go to the optometrist.

Last year I was putting my front swaybar on and stabbed a screwdriver almost all the way through my finger!

I finished putting the car together and drove to the hospital to get a few stiches. Damn that sucked.

There are these people, called doctors.

They usually work at this place, called a hospital.

You might want to go visit them.

It's your eye.

But if it falls out of your head in a week, you can't say I advised against medical advice from a trained professional

hehe exact same thing happened to me at work. (macca's)

i was doing filtering (cleaning the oil vats) when one of the oil jets shot up hot oil into my eye.
luckily my reflexes are quick, and i blink before any got into my eye.
still burned like fuck tho.
ran over to the tap, forced my eye open under cool flowing water, and it was fine.

i know one guy, he passed out, and fell hands first into the oil vat. he was upto his elbows when he woke back up. it was only a few seconds. still pretty nasty tho.

then only recently, a bun fell down under the mac toaster, and i pulled out the bottom cover to get it out. as i was pulling my arm out, i burned my left arm.
went all white, and the next day had this huge bubble blister type thing.
its still healing now. it looks like a fight club burn scar if only it was a few inches lower!

I woke up saturday morning and it wasnt red or painful. Dont know if thats due to the healing powers of alcohol or not. Now that I can see clearly, I dont see any warnings at all on the bottle about it being extremely fucking caustic to the eye. Fuckers.

you do realise that if you did try to do that fight club scar thing you'd actually end up corroding through a big fuck off vein in your hand and you would be extremly fucked.

The burns on my hand healed without leaving scars. After that hard shell of skin fell off, there was just... smooth.

No fingerprints at all. People tell me that if ever there was the time to rob a bank, it was after that burn.

Unfortunately for a couple months, even after the shell-thing fell off, it still hurt to damn much to touch anything.
