I'm so sick and tired of people saying shit about me behind my back. For fuck's sake it cost me my relationship. My ex goes around saying all kinds of shit about me, then bitches at me when she hears that I said something, which 75\% of the time isn't even true. I never listen to gossip. Any information is liable to be changed before it gets to you. Unless you hear something, or see something, with your own two eyes, you should take it with a grain of salt. She's got people threatening to beat my ass because someone says I called her friends "Nigg*rs" a word I won't even type because I find it offensive. Racism is one fo the things in the world that I cannot stand at all. That and having half the damn school think I'm a complete asshole because of something someone CLAIMS I did. I need to go fucking destroy something....

Hot damn. Now there's an idea for my own psych thesis. Got that paper anywhere nearby / online, Spydir? I'd love to see how he did it (what was his mark, btw?)

Gossip and Rumors will never stop!

The more personality you have, the more people gossip about you.

That sucks! I hate gossip too, its never true, thats why they call it gossip. I wish people wouldn't believe everything they heard! When I was in high school I was bi sexual, well thats what I heard. I mean, yeah I might of tryed it but that doesn't mean Im BI!

one of my friends did his psychology thesis on gossip/rumors. He started a rumor about someone he knew (the person knew he was starting the rumor), and said that he was cheating on his girlfriend. By the time it got back to my friend, the rumor included 3 dead people, 8 people in the hospital, and a 3 and half year long federal trial which was currently in the US supreme court.

Just to give you an idea about how stupid rumors are... This rumor was spread on the UNC campus, btw.

I feel your pain, man. But on the other side, are any of these people's opinions (besides maybe the g/f) important to you? My philosphy is: They don't matter...fuck 'em. I'm getting the feeling that dark angel is just a guy pretending to be a chick. that, or she is just making up crap to get drive us nuts. I was just a little suspicious at first, but seriously, that is OTT.

Damn, so that explains why the uptight, got-my-assfloss-crammed-up-my-asshole assnuggets in my department tend to alienate me. Seems like the boring people can't handle an animated person with personality.

I don't even want to know (and I really don't care) what kind of rumors they start. This is grad school for crying out loud, not middle school. $#!+

be happy people talk about you guys.. i could fall over dead in front of my entire campus and not one person give a shit. granted i don't really care about people here.. but it's still the notion that at least someone would notice me at one point in time or another..

Hey CK, trust me I am a female! If you want me to prove it then tell me a way I can. You could call me on the phone if you would like. The whole part about the rumors about me being bi were true. I do admit I had some sexual experience with 2 girls, 2 different times but I'm not bi.

Theres a difference between people not giving a shit and spreading lies/rumors from a friend of a friend of a friend who it wasnt any of their bisuness talking about it anaway!

eh, it's better to go unnoticed then to be teased tho. Just today in math 230, there was this unbelievably gorgeous girl sitting directly behind me. She looked like phoebe from friends, only sluttier (i.e. sexier). She was sitting with her 2 somewhat ugly friends. Anyway when she sat down, I glanced behind me just for a second to take in the nice view before passing out for the lecture. I heard them giggling a whole lot, but I didn't think anything about it. Half way through class, I heard her talking about some article in the newspaper that I had read, so I looked behind me again to see what they were referring to. When I turned back around, they started giggling again! I realized they were laughing at me for being a d0rkus. Anyway, one of her friends started kicking the seat in front of her just to get my attention so I would look back again, so they would laught at me, but I didn't give them the satisfaction. The moral is: no attention is better then bad attention.

actually now that I think about it, it's probably still a good thing. She probably thinks I'm a total dork, but if she knows who I am then maybe I can get a conversation going...

I wish I had a copy of it stomper. It was incredibly good. He got a ok mark on it, I think. Like a A- (or the equivilent). I haven't talked to him in a while, but I see him on irc every so often. I drop him a msg and see if he responds.

I noticed now that I have been out of high school for a few years that the rumors have stopped about people. So I guess you can look forward to that.
