umm... I would now like to apologize for cursing to much, also...

today at a track meet, I was doing disc and I was putting to much power into, throwing myself out of the ring (I was throwing *good* too). So on my last throw, I just yelled out "god dammit!" and my coach heared me... busted out 50 pushups and I think tomorrow at practice I'm gonna have some good ol' runnin' to do...

At my first track meet my friend had to run the two-mile and ended up getting “runners high” and hoisting himself between two people and shouting “I PROCLAIEIM MYSELF”
