once in my entire computer career (haha) have i ever gotten a virus. 18 at once to be exact (mirc scripters gotta love'em) since then i have been very careful, and haven't got a virus, an i wrote my own script for irc (not a good one but it works like i want

)

so today dude i work with asks me why i have been trying to netbios him (all day long) i was like i didn't, so he showed me the logs.
i updated and scanned my hdd to find hidden in C:\program files\cool3d\server.exe, sub seven was its name (yes i know what it is), needless to say i deleted and am gonna reformat tomarrow, win2k here i come

my rant is, for over 2 years i have been virus free and didn't use a virus scanner. then i get the super geeky linux guys computer and it has a fucking trojan on it (no he wouldn't leave it on there), and i bet it has been there for a long time. damnit it makes me look like a jackass. look at him he was infected with a virus, don't give him access to anything (they didn't say it, but i bet they are thinking it). FFFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCCCCCCCCCCCCKKKKKKKKKKK, goddamnit i could really have lived without that. damnit.

Well, at least the q0wner of your system (note the spelling) didn't make you launch a DDoS against some website & then you take the fall for it.

Sub7 is a very nasty piece of work. Then again, it's very useful as a revenge tool against lam0rs who don't keep their .vdf's up to date. (No insult intended, pengu1nn - Sub7 can easily sneak past scanners that know about it.)

I never had a virus on any of my parents' computers, and since I got this one when I graduated high school I had never had a virus in 2 1/2 years. Since I moved in with my current roommates last August, I've had two.

And they both SWEAR they would never do anything that would cause me to get a virus. PUH-LEASE.

i'm not really mad about the virus, it took me 2 seconds to get rid of. its the fact that i didn't get the virus but i still get blamed for it. it sucks that no i get looked down on for being irreponsible when i had nothing to do with it.
