I'm really pissed! Maximum Linux has been discontinued! I loved this magizine and was going to subscribe to it, but found that their web site said they were closed. Anyway, now I have to look for a new Linux magizine. Anyone have a sugestions?

...... it's been dead... for like... a long ass time. I read MaximumPC and they announced it being dead... god, a LONG time ago. Where the hell have you been?Anyways... try open mag, you can find it at the larger bookstores (borders, barnes and nobles). Linux Journal's alright, and Linux Magazine's ok... Actually, their last issue was only a month or two ago. And I too read MaximumPC, and I didn't notice that announcement. Oh well. Thanks for the suggestions.

I just realized something about it... They stopped shipping it to North Carolina I think. Something about no one was buying it. My friend got the last issue (here) and it had a paper thing around the normal magazine that said "THIS IS THE LAST ISSUE! EVER!" and crap.I dunno, maybe I was just high off burning things... that was before I got rid of good ol' Mr. Burns... ------------------ |
