And are you sure that the battery is good? Maybe you should go out and buy a brand new pack, just be sure.

These assholes I got a new Rio 800 a few weeks ago right after I start using it it dies so i send the dead unit back and get a new one which i just got today and its already dead!!! i didnt even use the damn thing!!!!!!! im gonna get a refund and find a diffrent one
