I have no bandwidth!!! I’m stuck on a crapy dialup until fall when i move in with my brother!! I can’t take it! The only adsl in the area costs 60$+ a month plus instillation and time Warner is taking their fucking time installing cable internet in the area, they said in early 2000 that it would be in my neighborhood by 1st qtr 2001 THOSE FUCKING LIARS! Now it looks like it won’t be here for another year. What is so hard about installing up to date cable equipment that would take 3 years! My friend who lives in a less urbanized area has a fucking cable connection, time Warner is being completely stupid about their installation.------------------ Posted by solid on May 13 2001,00:51
So many people complain about how much all these big companies are ripping them off, lying, using their decieving skills to fool the customers, but have you actually summed it up?There is a lot of trickery in effect here and so many people don't do all that much about it.. just tolerate it. join the club ic0n0 (of college students home for the summer and back on dialup because the DSL companies fucked themselves and the cable companies are being really exclusive)

I sooooooooo feel your pain. At school I was able to download stuff at 1,060 kb/s off of good servers, now that I'm home I am LUCKY to pull stuff down at 1 kb/s! The pain.
