i think what we really ought to focus on is the cancelling of good shows. i still dont understand why they had to cancel sifl and olly. stupid mtv with their stupid teeny boppers....

In my area, unsyndicated Simpsons reruns went back to back for an hour from 6pm-7pm. They just cancelled the 6:30 episode, and put on old Friends episodes. TV Executives die now!P.S. Sifl and Olly ruled. Posted by whiskey@throttle on Oct. 05 2000,14:35
The bitching I will contribute to network TV has a threshold; in actuality they are giving the public endless hours of quality (technically, not in content) entertainment for free. Aside from a couple good shows, I never watch the network crap. Cable/DirectTv is the way to fly (I almost cried when I saw the Sopranos for the first time...a whole hour of series TV without commercials! Salvation!)Personally, the Blair Witch Project gave me nothing more than a headache. It wasn't even scary (not like the Exorcist), it was more disturbing (like Seven), but so over-hyped, uneventful, and suspenseless it lost all intriguing qualities. I know that this will brand me as lame, but I actually liked the Blair Witch project and was pretty freaked out that night.. :]I still thought it was real, and hadn't heard all the rumors and everyone telling everyone else how it was fake. (on purpose.. heh) And i can be pretty gulible at times as well.. hehe freakylinks does look pretyt stupid though. and I think 99\% of TV is stupid actually. we still have simpsons for 2 episodes, but ive seen everyone, so i have to watch it in breaks. like ill watch for a month, but then if i keep watching again for another month, its not as good. less is more.and about the blair witch project, my friends did this funny ass rip off of it called the arlington bitch project (we live in arlington). ill try and get it posted somewhere for you all to see, its just fuckin hilarious. So Im not the only one that thought the Blair witch sucked donkey ass like the ugly cousin that lives under the porch. Man that movie stunk. I cant believe people were scared by that movie. Stuff that scares me are movies like, Romy and Michelles High school reunion, and anything with Hugh Grant in it. I used to know a guy who lives in frederick maryland.(thats really what burkittsville is) He was a weirdo. He had like 3 voltswagen bugs(the old ones) and thought they were the coolest cars. oh yea he used to hide in the woods and kill people too.

old bugs rule. new bugs need to be blown into tiny tiny pieces. unless they have leather interiors. in that case, take all the leather out for other uses, and then blow them to tiny tiny pieces...
