My creature has disappeared in b&w and whenever i zoom to him he's just a shadow. I can't get him to move anywhere or do anything but i can still hear him. Anyone know whats happening?

prolly a bug..Mine crashed once ( my creature, that is ). He just stood there looking at the peak of a mountain, motionless. I thought maybe he was cought in some sort of logic loop, and tried to break it by fireballing him.. Didn't work B&W is a buggy ass game.. Posted by Dark Knight Bob on May 25 2001,00:13
only problem i've had so far has been when nemesis zaps the trainer creature and mine gets zapped to the game overrulez the help settings and decides to tell me everything thats going on with my creature every second. thats the worst i've had so far.the patch has been delayed (oh now theres a surprise) but hopefully should be out soon. that might solve ya problem. ------------------ Posted by BigKahuna on May 25 2001,03:32
ah ok, cheers guys. i guess i'm going to have to restart the game AGAIN because i don't seem to have any saves where my creature isn't invisible. the 1st time was when i was just getting up to the 2nd level, just had gone throught the portal and whenever i tried to load that game it just exited to the desktop... every time.. ARGHHH any way to skip all that tutorial bullshit??

black and white IS bullshit. i bought it and took it back 2 days later. although those creature messages you mentioned are supposed to be there, the game is buggy as fuck. i played for 4 hours straight only to loose it all when it crashed AND deleted all my savegames. not only is it buggy, but the game isn't all that fun, its just picking things up and moving them around.

lol dkb atleast you have the guts to say that first, unlike most of the fucktards on this board (sithiee, etc).anyway, B&W would be a decent game if it wasn't buggy, but i personally didn't like that much. i found it kinda boring, just babysitting my village and my pet. oh well. ok yeah its boring at times but i just like to play it when i've got lots of time to sit around and veg its a nice relaxing game cos theres no pace to it at all.
