Have you tried valign="middle"?

Or, better yet, have you tried using a table? People may hate them, but they are still the best HTML way to get stuff moved to where you want it on the page.

Hey, it is nasty code...It's not mine, so I don't care...some idiot last year decided he was going to redo the site...and, well, he sucks. So this year I've done what I can while being really lazy. Some idiot did the REALLY gay Flash at the beginning in 5 minutes, and the NavBar is really my greatest effort. Anyway, thanks alot!

Umm, I think you forgot the little > at the end of the body tag.
You should also put a close for the DIV tag.
