Whenever winamp switches between songs it leaves a nice one-second gap between songs. This is very NOT COOL when listening to techno CDs and I was just wondering if there was any way to change this. Does anyone know if there is any way to disable this “feature” or am I stuck with horribly fragmented CDs?

Yeah, you need to get a crossfader plugin. Check out the winamp site and jobs a good'un.

I'm not a guru that's just common sense! :P

get the cdreader plugin. it doesn't use the cd play function, it reads in the digital stream and decodes it onboard, so your dsp plugins and equalizer stuff still works, and theres no gap.
