I'm trying to burn a CD with an autorun file[autorun] Is what I have so far (the file is on the root). Is it not working because i'm trying to open a excel spreadsheet or is it something else? syntax? Posted by askheaves on Mar. 20 2001,14:26
I think that autorun wants executables. So, you could do OPEN=excel.exe Cat235.XLS or OPEN=start.exe Cat235.xls you may need to do some sort of path thing to make that work too. I have no idea. That's my ass talking here. Posted by justcozz on Mar. 21 2001,05:42
Thanks, althought it is a little late. It was for a cd that I had to turn in today and I wated for the last minute. When I get home. If I just put [autorun] I get the icon to work and I get an explorer window popup. Yeah my first thread... any way thanks ------------------ |
