I have a copy of Windows 2000 Pro Release Candidate 2 (Beta version). What I want to know is, can I install the service pack 1 and will it work. And if it does, will it still be a beta version of windows?

Wow... that's frightening. Your biggest problem is that most MS betas have a timebomb... and I believe that one should have passed around 2 years ago. It'd surprise the fuck out of me if you could even install it.Find a buddy with an MSDN subscription or a warez site and get yourself a real copy, if you already plan to pirate it. Don't pussy out.

Thanks mate. I might ask the friend that gave it to me to see if he can get a finalised version. I'm not pussying out here, I'd go to morpheus and download it, but, using 56k well it's not worth the time. In any situation, I won't end up paying to use it.
