ok i got my upgrades. this puter now has:
21" viewsonic
dual pentium3 933
1024 meg RDRAM
geforce2 gts
20 gig IDE hard drive (win2k)
8 gig removable scsi hard drive (redhat 7.1)

edit: this is 1 of three puters i have at my desk. the other is a pentium3 450 with a 21" viewsonic, and behind me i have a sun SGI with a 21" sun monitor.

so... think you could hook up a poor teen with no job? All I need is a few 128MB DIMMs of SDRAM, and maybe a nice KVM?...

lol i was wondering who would catch that! i actually have a SGI sitting ontop of a SUN sharing a monitor

i don't use either of them anyway cuz they are slow

dude this ram is sweet as hell. although it probably cost as much as my cpu/mobo/ram/vidcard combined, i hardly ever see it read the hard drive! redhat boots in like 20 seconds (which is insanely fast for you linux people who know waht i mean)
