Thinking about any one subject shouldn't be a problem unless its hindering your ability to perform daily tasks. I dont' think about sex that often but when i do its usually in class cuz its more entertaining then hearing my linear algebra teacher talk about vectors, i even go so far as make little stick figured men engaging in sexual acts on the side of my paper.

drink lots of water use a mobile phone to order takeaway food. you should only need to stop shagging for about 30 seconds to pick up the pizza or whatever you order... and then shag while you're eating it.

oh and i suppose 2-3 minutes for toilet trips i guess
