a fetish is a psychological "disorder" and involves inanimate objects and serverly impairs your sexual functioning---

You cannot have a fetish for Asian Girls or Redheads or anything like that--you can have a preference for that completely different.

It generally doesn't cause any complication with breast feeding (you just gotta take it out).
