That depends... on ALOT of things:

Is it like she slithers around me WHILE I go at it? Is she sitting in a chair across the room? Is it set up so that I can't see her and it's a preplaned "spying"? Will she be masturbating to MY masturbating? Will I be masturbating to HER masturbating? Will I have porn?

LOL...if my GF asked me that I would fake a cramp. I would NEVER do anything like that. Afterwards I would laugh myself to death because of that question. Why go alone when you can go 1on1 instead?

my b/f is always asking me to do that, and i've done it once or twice, but then he usually gets excited enough about it that i only get to do anything for like 30 seconds before he takes over. I find it kind of embaressing personally, i mean, i would never ask him to jerk off in front of me. I don't even think i'd like it if he did. Actually, yes. We spent a majority of the weekend away from my apartment. Gun show, walks, out shooting, resturaunts. Spent very little time indoors. What do you expect? She came to Tucson (75 degrees), from Pittsburgh (5 - 7 degrees).
