Are you getting a new hairstyle or something, LiNeY?
Also, it really depends on the girl.
I work at a speed shop, so just like a Silverado can look good with a 6" lift and big tires and an S10 can look good slammed with low profiles, depending on the girl, they can look h0t either way

At any rate, you can never go wrong with long hair. Short hair is good on a very select few women, and there are an incredible number of variables to determine that selection.
I define short as shoulder-length or above, and long as anything longer. However, there is no excuse for a woman to ever have less than shoulder-length hair.
MOST guys tend to like long hair but don't REQUIRE it. It's a bit more rare than short hair because of the amount of dedication and determination that it takes to get a good deal of length on it. It also looks (by subconscious and rather primative association) more feminine than short does.
Plus I think a lot of them have fantasies about long hair or something.
Maybe the guys here could clarify that a bit.

and i dunno if this counts as bangs or what, but i like when girls have a little piece of hair hanging over their face. maybe 3" or so, thin strand, i just find it cute.
super long hair - is a pain to maintain, and probably only looks good with a grass skirt, a lei, and coconut bras. Plus it's like wearing a fur coat during the summer.
highlights - as long as you don't end up looking like a zebra died on top of your head, it's okay.
Also, Asians have nice heavy hair. I have chinese-spanish bastardized hair, but hey, at least I don't have to get highlights - they're already there
and long hair, short hair, anythings better than NO hair.

I just thought of an explaination for my preference to short hair. I guess I view long hair as kind of a little girl/young lady thing that all little girls have, but you get it shorter when you mature since I've seen a lot of mature (read mentally mature not bag of wrinkles mature)women with short hair. To me it just shows that you have left your little girl phase behind and are trying to become a mature, grownup woman. I guess that is why I like short hair.

Because I know how hard it is to maintain, I find long hair on a girl to be a turn on. Especially well maintained hair. Looks Beautiful.
Highlights are good, but its bad when the chicks use so many chemicals that the hair goes brittle... bad thing.
I agree with the whole "depends on the girl" theory. I have seen some HOT girls with short hair... but i like long hair. I think its best not to restrict yourself =)

Right on the money Gunna. I feel the same about mine too. I refuse to blowdry or curl or color my hair. Hairspray does NOT touch it either. Wash, condition A LOT, brush, and some light aromatherputic glaze to keep the curl I have naturally calm and that's it.
