NOt really. Heres what its like where I live. You have the regular mall, every ghetto wannabe and his riceburner creep past the movie theater every night with the cops sitting right there. My friend works at the theater, they need at least 5 cops on the weekends because people who have been acting up have been threatening some of the ushers, pushing the to the ground calling them crackers. You have some neighborhood streets you DO NOT DRIVE DOWN AT NIGHT. People will stand out in the street in big crowds, if they see you coming down the street the walk like they are going to walk into the path of your car. Cops make appearances on these special streets at least once a week and for some strange reason Neighborhood Watch signs go up at the end of these streets. I guess its a warning. I could go on but im too lazy to. The easiest thing to do is move out of the shithole into a more expensive and secure shithole...
